Plot
During the sweltering summer of 1976, café owner Willy and his three sons gather at the local pub, ‘De Sportvriend.’ Willy partners with his middle son, Achiel, while the eldest, Arthur, chases his aspirations of rock stardom. The youngest son, Albert, enjoys Willy’s favoritism, as his father hopes he’ll triumph in the upcoming local cycling race. Everything changes when Barbara, a mysterious woman with a hidden past, arrives in town, disrupting the lives of the four men. Their old dreams, familial ties, and buried secrets face a challenging reckoning.
