Plot
A young woman navigates a turbulent life marked by poor decisions. After marrying an abusive thief and giving birth to their child, she finds herself abandoned when her husband is imprisoned. Seeking solace, she becomes involved with his friend, another criminal, who briefly brings her joy before also being incarcerated. As she drifts from one unsavory relationship to another, she encounters a string of disreputable characters, each offering fleeting happiness but leaving her increasingly unfulfilled and isolated.
