Plot

Five mischievous second-graders, labeled "Stinkers" by their strict principal, Brinway, rebel against the rigid rules of their school. During a class trip to the aquarium, they notice a sea lion named Slappy looking a bit down. Convinced he deserves a better life, the kids hatch a plan to liberate him. Their bold move culminates in a hilarious showdown when they place Slappy in Brinway's hot tub, leading to chaotic and comical consequences that challenge authority and celebrate friendship.
