Plot
A hospital's chief physician is on the brink of a groundbreaking experiment: a serum designed to revive recently deceased patients. When federal inspectors arrive, he scrambles to dispose of his unfinished work, aided by a sinister operations manager. They abandon the experiments in a nearby swamp, unaware that their serum actually succeeds. The reanimated corpses wreak havoc, targeting a group of students conducting their own science projects. A swamp hermit, an unsuspecting woman, a park ranger, and the police captain band together to uncover the chaos and survive the undead onslaught.
