Plot

Mira, a dedicated mother, is devastated when her 9-year-old son Dong-myung suddenly collapses from Type-1 diabetes. The reality of having to subject him to daily blood tests weighs heavily on her heart. In her search for a less painful way to monitor his blood sugar, she discovers the 'DexCom' device and becomes the first person in Korea to import it. Moved by the struggles of other families, she starts assisting other mothers in obtaining the device. However, her efforts lead to accusations of illegal importation. Determined to fight for her son and others in need, Mira vows to take on the system.
