Plot

Amid a fictionalized Second World War in an Asian metropolis, Lieutenant Colonel Yuki (Yusuke Iseya) proposes the establishment of a spy training academy called "D Kikan." Concurrently, Kato (Kazuya Kamenashi) faces execution for disobeying orders but is recruited by the academy. Undergoing grueling training, he embarks on his inaugural mission to retrieve the "Black Note," classified documents from American ambassador Graham. Kato's infiltration leads to a tense standoff involving Rin (Kyoko Fukada), a mysterious operative, alongside competing forces from the British and Soviet spy agencies, and Japan's radical military faction.
