Plot
Haunted by a tragic car accident, a serial killer targets women living in a Los Angeles apartment complex, wielding an array of tools to carry out his gruesome acts. As the body count rises, he abducts a teenage girl from the building, prompting her brother to take matters into his own hands. Dismissed by police who doubt the connection between the murders and her disappearance, he embarks on a desperate quest to uncover the truth and rescue his sister before it’s too late. Tension mounts as he races against time in a sinister game of cat and mouse.
