Plot

Grant Korgan, a skilled adventurer and nanotechnology expert, faced a life-altering challenge when he suffered a burst fracture of his L1 vertebrae in 2010. This traumatic event shifted his focus to spinal cord injury recovery. Determined to conquer new heights, he embarked on an extraordinary journey on January 17, 2012, joined by two experienced explorers. Together, they achieved a groundbreaking milestone, as Grant became the first athlete with a spinal cord injury to push himself to the harsh South Pole, demonstrating incredible resilience and the indomitable human spirit.
