Plot
Carl Nargle reigns as Vermont's beloved public television painter, basking in the adoration of fans and the comfort of his signature perm and personalized van. However, his world is upended when a fresh, talented artist emerges, capturing the attention of Carl's viewers and even his closest relationships.
