Plot

Randal, a recent paraplegic, is confined to his apartment and struggles with mounting debts to a ruthless loan shark. His girlfriend, Pam, tries to uplift his spirits with a pair of binoculars. However, things take a dark turn when Randal inadvertently witnesses a chilling murder while spying on his neighbors. Seizing the opportunity, he concocts a dangerous plan to blackmail the criminal, putting himself and Pam in jeopardy. As the stakes rise, Randal must navigate a perilous game that threatens to unravel everything he holds dear.
