Plot

At a picturesque Swiss Alpine resort post-WWII, an army officer and the affluent Humpy Miller both vie for the affection of Mary, the charming landlord's daughter. Their plans are thwarted when they contract chicken pox and are placed under the care of Miss Cartwright, Humpy's strict former nanny. As the two men bond over their shared predicament, they not only rebel against her oppressive oversight but also join forces to fend off a dim-witted Greek suitor who is also pursuing Mary. A comedic battle of wits and romance ensues in this lighthearted tale.
