Plot

At 69, Jola faces a harsh reality as her husband belittles her while she prepares for a journey. Departing from Italy, she returns to Poland, where memories of her past resurface alongside old friends. Reflecting on her life—marrying young, raising six children, and enduring her husband's abuse and alcoholism—she begins to reclaim her identity through elegant attire and dance lessons. A budding friendship with Wojtek, a man her age, complicates her thoughts on divorce. Jola grapples with societal expectations and the freedom to choose, questioning whether it's time to embrace a new chapter.
