Plot

Stewart Paylor's promising career as an author takes a downturn when he faces crippling writer’s block, leaving him unable to produce the chapters for his highly anticipated new novel. His literary agent and girlfriend, Cynthia, remains unaware of his predicament. Upon returning from vacation, Stewart discovers that Cassandra, a homeless woman, along with her two children, Jake and Vera, have taken refuge in his home. As he grapples with his stalled creativity, Stewart must confront unexpected responsibilities and the challenges of a life he never anticipated.
