Legends throughout history have depicted dark, supernatural entities known as shadow people, often woven into folklore and ghost stories. While certain psychological and physiological explanations exist for encounters with these figures, experts remain divided on their malevolence. Some theorists propose that these shadowy beings might originate from an alternate dimension. Regardless, countless individuals report chilling experiences of these ominous apparitions hovering above them during sleep, rendering them immobile with terror. Are these encounters mere psychological phenomena, or do they hint at sinister visitors from another realm?
