Plot

Rival diamond smugglers Tiger and Franco clash over a priceless gem. While Tiger presents himself as a typical businessman, Franco is a dangerous playboy whose arrogance drives him to murder his mistress for betrayal. The coveted diamond makes its way to Hong Kong with Richard, who seeks to negotiate with Franco. However, Tiger learns of Richard's plan and dispatches Philip, a skilled assassin from New York, to seize the diamond for himself. As tensions escalate, a deadly game of cat and mouse unfolds in the shadows of the criminal underworld.
