Plot

Pedra pàtria (Native Rock) explores the essence of Menorcan identity through a deeply personal lens. Filmmaker Macià, now residing in the city, uncovers his roots by revisiting a series of heartfelt letters. As he reflects on his upbringing, he also highlights the breathtaking landscapes of Menorca. Meanwhile, his younger brother, Lau, embraces a different path by choosing to cultivate the land of their childhood. This poignant narrative intertwines personal history with the beauty of their island, creating a rich tapestry of familial bonds and cultural heritage.
