Plot

Robin Hood is lured by two nobles, whom he trusts to be faithful to King Richard, to retrieve confidential plans for the king's rescue from German captivity. Disguised as a troubadour, he falls victim to betrayal and is captured. With the help of Lady Alys and his loyal band, he manages to break free just in time to thwart a plot against King Richard upon his return from the Crusades.
