Plot
Set in 1898, composer Sid Barnett casts his beloved Adeline, a talented beer-garden singer, as the star of his latest Broadway operetta, much to the chagrin of former leading lady Elysia. As rehearsals progress, Sid grows anxious watching Adeline become enchanted by the charming Major Day, whose attention threatens to divert her focus.
