Dead Stop (1995)

Plot

Jack the Ripper reemerges, unleashing a wave of terror in a quaint American town, leaving behind gruesome, dismembered bodies. Journalist J. Looker finds himself in a precarious position when his girlfriend becomes one of the killer's victims, making him the prime suspect. Determined to prove his innocence, Looker sets out on a perilous journey to uncover the truth and confront the remorseless murderer. As the body count rises, he must race against time to stop the Ripper before he claims more lives and destroys his own.
