Plot

Sergiu Nicolaescu, a titan of Romanian cinema, returns at 80 with "Poker," his second foray into comedy after a legacy of action and historical films. Adapted from Adrian Lustig's play, the story revolves around four friends embodying different societal archetypes: a morally bankrupt doctor, a ruthless politician, a local mafia chief, and a businessman who struck it rich in America.
