Plot
Frustrated by her parents' constant fighting, Maya (Dylan Penn) escapes her privileged life to join her boyfriend in a dilapidated, condemned building on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Surrounded by an array of troubled neighbors, including drug addicts and delinquents, the situation quickly spirals out of control. A horrifying virus, fueled by the toxic waste of the residents, begins to spread, infecting them one by one. As the once-normal occupants devolve into frenzied killers, the building becomes a nightmarish arena of violence and chaos, leaving Maya fighting for survival in an increasingly savage environment.
