Plot
Decurion Randus impresses his superiors with his leadership, earning a promotion to centurion. Tasked with monitoring the ambitious co-triumvir Marcus Licinius Crassus in Egypt, Randus's journey takes a drastic turn when he falls into the hands of mercenaries during a perilous sea voyage back to Rome. Captured yet determined, he leads a rebellion that liberates himself and fellow slaves. An amulet from his mother reveals his true lineage as the son of Spartacus and Varinia. Initially hesitant to embrace his heritage, Randus ultimately realizes he must rise to his father's legacy two decades later.
