Plot
Angela's life changed forever at age eight when the first McDonald's arrived in East Berlin. Growing up amid a wave of political disillusionment, she grapples with the feeling of being born "too late." While her family has deep activist roots, her sister opted for a path in business, and her mother abruptly retreated from political engagement, seeking solitude in the countryside. As Angela navigates her own identity and beliefs, she strives to reclaim the revolutionary spirit that seems to have vanished from her world.
