Plot

Laura (Elisa Donovan), a dedicated working mother, longs for more quality time with her daughter Kelsey, 9. However, her overbearing boss Paul (Fred Willard) complicates matters. When Kelsey’s father, Dylan (Brad Rowe), seeks joint custody, Laura must return to Texas, revisiting the life, church, and father (Tom Skerritt) she left behind. With support from Pastor Frank (John Schneider), Laura and Dylan begin to rediscover the love and promises they once shared, ultimately striving to reunite for Kelsey’s sake. The journey tests their commitment and highlights the importance of family bonds.
