Plot

A young zombie named Otto inexplicably appears on a desolate highway, unaware of his origins or destination. He hitchhikes to Berlin, where he finds refuge in an abandoned amusement park. Here, underground filmmaker Medea Yarn stumbles upon him and decides to document his story, aided by her girlfriend Hella Bent and her brother Adolf, who films the project. As she juggles her ambitious film, Up with Dead People, Medea invites Otto to stay with her star, Fritz Fritze. When Otto discovers a wallet revealing his past, he seeks out his ex-boyfriend Rudolf, leading to haunting revelations.
