Plot
Fred, a disturbed businessman, schemes to persuade his wife Janet to back a dubious land venture. When she firmly declines, their argument escalates as they navigate the Ontario wilderness. A car accident leaves Janet gravely injured, but instead of helping her, Fred abandons her, believing she won't survive until morning. As the night unfolds, his dark intentions reveal the depths of his madness, leaving Janet's fate uncertain.
