Plot

A clever cat serves a poor miller's son, devising a scheme to elevate his master’s status and secure wealth and a royal marriage. With a pair of magical boots that grant him a human-like appearance, he presents lavish gifts of birds and rabbits to the king, all while spinning a tale that his owner is a marquis. Unbeknownst to the miller’s son, his newfound identity will soon be tested when the king comes to visit. As romance blossoms between the miller's son and the king's daughter, the king grows eager to explore their supposed grand estate.
