Plot

A horrifying force emerges as the Spiker, a gigantic albino with pink eyes and an insatiable thirst for blood, breaks free from a mental institution. Returning to the small town he once haunted, he resumes his grisly spree, using railroad spikes to dispatch his victims and conceal their remains beneath the tracks. When a group of teenagers chooses to camp in an eerie, abandoned house, they unwittingly awaken the Spiker, leading to a terrifying confrontation that unveils the town's dark, buried secrets. Survival becomes a race against a relentless killer shrouded in mystery.
