Plot
Carla Zachanassian, once a young mother abandoned by Serge Miller, returns to her hometown as an affluent tycoon. After years of exile, her arrival is celebrated with open arms and high hopes for generosity. However, the townspeople soon discover that Carla's true intention is far more sinister: she seeks revenge and demands Serge's death for the wrongs he committed against her. As her dark plan unfolds, the community grapples with loyalty, morality, and the consequences of their past mistakes. Carla's visit transforms from a hopeful reunion to a chilling reckoning.
