Higher Than a Kite (1943)

Plot

Three bumbling auto mechanics employed by the R.A.F. in England find themselves in hot water after they accidentally damage an officer's car. Seeking refuge, they hide in a sewer pipe, which unexpectedly becomes a bomb aimed at the enemy. Stranded behind enemy lines, Moe and Curly adopt the guise of German officers, while Larry poses as an alluring fraulein. As General Bommel pursues Larry, Moe and Curly seize the opportunity to swipe crucial secret plans from the high command, leading to a chaotic blend of humor and espionage.
