Alien Strain (2014)

Plot

During a camping excursion, Matthew's life takes a dark turn when his girlfriend Rachel is snatched by a UFO. A year passes, and Rachel mysteriously reappears at the same location, but she is no longer the same. Transformed by her alien experience, Rachel instills fear in Matthew as he grapples with the realization that the woman he loved has become something far more sinister. Tension mounts as he struggles to understand the depths of her transformation while confronting the potential danger she now poses.
