Plot

Wealthy author Richard's second wife, Catherine, grows increasingly uneasy after the suspicious death of her husband’s first wife, who drowned in the bathtub. Her concerns intensify as she observes the strange behavior of her 12-year-old stepson, who seems oddly unfazed by the tragedy. As she delves deeper into the boy's unsettling demeanor, Catherine becomes convinced he may be hiding a dark secret, leading her down a treacherous path of paranoia and intrigue.
