Plot

King of Mahjong explores the intense rivalry between Wong Tin Ba and Ah Fatt, which spans over a decade. Now a renowned mahjong champion, Wong returns to Ipoh years later to challenge Fatt in the World Mahjong Championship. However, Fatt, content with his simple life, initially rejects the challenge. Wong resorts to drastic measures, kidnapping Fatt’s wife, Ramona, to coerce him into competing. As the championship unfolds, the two men face off at the mahjong table, revealing a legendary move and secrets that could change everything as they vie for victory.
