The Tale of the White Serpent (1958)

Plot

Xu-Xian’s childhood takes a surprising turn when he releases a small snake, unaware that it is Bai-Niang, a snake goddess who harbors feelings for him. Years later, Bai-Niang transforms into a human and seeks to reunite with Xu-Xian. However, a local wizard mistakes her for a vampire and exiles him to protect him. Determined to help their friend, Xu-Xian’s pet pandas, Panda and Mimi, embark on an adventurous mission to rescue him, ultimately rising to become leaders of an animal gang in the process.
