Plot
A college student invents a new drug named 'Z,' aiming to boost the party scene. However, the concoction has an unforeseen consequence: it brings the dead back to life, transforming them into ravenous zombies. As the undead descend upon a Halloween rave, chaos ensues, threatening the lives of revelers. With the party spiraling out of control, the students must find a way to contain the outbreak and survive the night, battling both the living and the terrifyingly undead.
