Plot
Amidst the turmoil of ancient Kyoto, a covert war rages between the Shogunate's Shinsengumi enforcers and the vampire-like Ronin warriors called Rasetsu. Young Chizuru Yukimura, disguised as a man, journeys to the city in search of her missing father. Instead, she finds herself entangled with Toshizo Hijikata, the Shinsengumi Vice Commander, and his elite swordsmen.
