Plot

Eager to embrace independence, Martin moves to Berlin to study law, leaving his overprotective parents behind. He settles into a cramped, dilapidated apartment in a shadowy building, where the previous tenant vanished mysteriously. Struggling to make friends at university, Martin becomes infatuated with his enigmatic landlady, Simone, who resides just next door. As he yearns for connection and intimacy, he unwittingly immerses himself in a disturbing environment rife with sex and violence. The walls around him soon unveil the chilling reality of his first love, leading him into a nightmare he never anticipated.
