Plot

As the USS Constellation sails home from Pearl Harbor to San Diego, relatives of Navy personnel, primarily children, join for a lively "tiger cruise." Amidst the excitement, personalities clash, especially with Maddie, the daughter of XO Gary Dolan, who is discontent with her father's potential promotion to a shore position.
