Plot

Brad Tolan, a dedicated martial arts instructor, relocates to De Soto to establish a karate school. However, his dreams are shattered when he is wrongfully accused of murder by Chief Deputy George and Officer Grady, landing him behind bars with no hope for a fair trial. With the unexpected assistance of a shadowy ninja, Brad makes a daring escape and goes on the run. As George rallies an enraged mob to hunt him down, Brad and the enigmatic ninja join forces to dismantle the corrupt law enforcement and reclaim his innocence.
