Plot

Floating high above, the Rakuga Kingdom relies on doodles for energy, but its resources are dwindling and disaster looms. In a desperate bid to generate more drawings, the kingdom's army targets Kasukabe. Enter Nohara Shinnosuke, a carefree five-year-old chosen as the wielder of the legendary “Miracle Crayon.” Alongside his quirky, animated allies, the “Almost Four Heroes” band together to reclaim their home. However, they soon uncover the doodles' vulnerability to water, and a raincloud threatens their mission. Will their adventure conclude with joy or sorrow? The stakes have never been higher!
