Plot
A catastrophic solar flare threatens to incinerate the planet. A team of astronauts on the spacecraft Helios embarks on a perilous mission to the Sun, where they must deploy a bomb guided by advanced Artificial Intelligence. Accompanying them is a skilled Japanese pilot, who must time the detonation perfectly to redirect the flare away from Earth, granting humanity a chance at survival. As tensions rise and time runs out, the crew faces daunting challenges in their race against the clock.
