Plot
Tanya flees Moscow with her savvy 10-year-old son, Artiom, to reunite with her English fiancé in London. When he doesn't show at the airport, she resolves to remain in the UK and seeks political asylum, landing in the dismal Stonehaven, a converted seaside resort for refugees. Amidst the bleak surroundings, Tanya forms a bond with the local amusement arcade manager, who offers a way out. Faced with the choice to build a new life with him or return to her homeland, she grapples with the future of her family and her heart.
