Plot
Nanny, a live-in maid for a London family, returns disturbed 10-year-old Joey home from a psychiatric facility after a two-year stay following his sister's tragic death. Struggling to adjust, Joey adamantly rejects Nanny's meals and refuses to bathe while she’s present. He insists on sleeping in a locked room, raising concerns for his workaholic father, Bill, and his anxious mother, Virgie. As they grapple with their son's unsettling behavior, it becomes increasingly clear that Joey's fear of Nanny may stem from something far more sinister than mere childhood anxiety.
