Plot

Haunted by the loss of his wife, a vallenato musician from Majagual, Sucre, resolves to abandon his craft and return his supposedly cursed accordion to its original owner. Accompanying him is Fermín Morales, an aspiring teenage musician eager to learn from his idol. Their adventure leads them through various towns in Northern Colombia, ultimately guiding them to Taroa in the La Guajira desert, where the master awaits. As they traverse the landscape, they navigate personal grief and the enduring power of music, deepening their bond along the way.
