Plot
In 1969 Key West, a twelve-year-old boy grapples with his mother’s job as a stripper at a nearby topless bar. Disturbed by her lifestyle, he pleads with her to leave it behind, but she remains unyielding. When a local restaurant owner employs him to fetch fish from a boat, he uncovers a sinister operation: the fish are a front for smuggling drugs. Determined to help his mother escape her situation, he steals a shipment and attempts to sell it, hoping to secure the funds needed for her to abandon her career in the adult entertainment industry.
