Plot

Amid the ongoing civil war in the Central African Republic, Linn, 35, oversees a dedicated group of aid workers striving to save lives at a field hospital near a large refugee camp. When a Muslim man, fleeing persecution and facing imminent danger, seeks shelter, Linn confronts a dire choice. A growing crowd and armed Christian militia demand his surrender. As the security chief, Linn must navigate a harrowing situation, weighing the safety of her team against the importance of one life. This gripping tale is inspired by real events that took place over 15 intense hours at a Doctors Without Borders facility in Bangui on Christmas Eve, 2013.
