Plot

Little Han resides in a serene mountain village alongside his great-grandmother, Auntie Han-hsiao. On stormy days, he finds comfort by the fireplace, captivated by her enchanting stories filled with wonder and mystery. One fateful day, he discovers a wounded sparrow, struggling for life. Overcome with sorrow, he decides to honor the fragile creature by digging a small grave and laying it to rest. This poignant act reflects Little Han's deep connection to nature and the cycle of life, as he navigates childhood in a world rich with tales and emotions.
