Plot

Following the events of "Uprising" and "The Assault on Fort Ridgely," Colonel H. H. Sibley sets up a military tribunal to prosecute the captured Dakota for their deeds. With Lieutenant Olin at the helm and a team of appointed commissioners, the US Army is determined to seek vengeance, but the consequences of their quest for justice loom large.
