The Bookworm (1939)

Plot

Three witches are on a quest for a worm to finalize their potion. They send a raven to capture one, leading him into the spine-chilling horror section, where he faces terrifying monsters. Just when hope seems lost, Paul Revere gallops in on Black Beauty, accompanied by the Police Gazette and an array of war heroes. Amidst the chaos, the Boy Scouts ingeniously construct a matchstick bridge, ultimately guiding the elusive worm to safety and fulfilling the witches' potion needs. It's a whimsical adventure filled with unexpected allies and imaginative rescues.
