Plot

Christmas Eve is usually a joyous occasion for Vincent Barand, but this year takes a turn when his entire family cancels their plans at the last moment. While his wife, Beatrice, looks forward to a cozy evening, Vincent feels despondent about their empty home. Seeking to bring some holiday spirit, he invites Monique, an 85-year-old resident from a nearby retirement home, to join them. Monique, with her morbid outlook, is soon joined by Jeanne, a blunt former prison guard. Together, the unlikely quartet faces a December 24th filled with surprises and chaotic fun.
